Our Teachers

Chloe Garland

Welcome! My name is Chloe and I am the founder of Wild Earth Yoga.

A seasoned yoga teacher, with over 1000 hours of Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) training. I have a diverse expertise in various styles, including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Forrest, Acro, Yin, Children's Yoga, Dance, and Vinyasa.

I first practiced yoga when I was 18 and it was the combination of creative movement and the spiritual depth that immediately resonated with me, feeling like a true coming home to myself.

During my classes, I emphasise on alignment, strength, and mindfulness in my approach and encourage students to stay engaged with their bodies, both physically and spiritually, and fostering longevity in their practice.

Since completing my first 200Hr in 2010, I have taught students around the world in places such as Brazil, Costa Rica, South Africa, the UK, Portugal, and Australia. My global teaching journey has deepened my understanding of community and connection—values that are at the heart of her yoga philosophy.

Ella Hughes-Johnson

Hi I’m Ella, a Vinyasa yoga teacher based in the South Hams Devon.

I first turned to yoga to build strength—both physically and mentally—and to find some calm in life’s chaos. Over time, it became more than just movement; it became a space to connect, listen, and truly be myself. Now, I help others find that same balance, whether they’re new to the mat or deepening their practice.

My teaching blends traditional and modern yoga principles, making it accessible to every body. My classes can be strong yet playful, focusing on mindful movement, breath, and building resilience—physically and mentally.

Yoga isn’t about being the most flexible person in the room. It’s about showing up, moving with intention, and carving out space for yourself in a busy world.

If you’re ready to roll out your mat, I’d love to practise with you!!

200 HR RYT.
