  • Flower and Flow

    Immerse yourself in a morning of pure connection to nature at the beautiful Deer Leap Flower Farm, just on the outskirts of Haldon Forest. Begin the day with a soothing yoga flow class, held outdoors in the heart of nature, where the fresh spring air and the sounds of the forest will guide your practice. After grounding your body and mind, enjoy a lovely tea and delicious snacks before heading out to handpick your own homegrown flowers.

    Under expert guidance, you'll learn how to create a unique floral arrangement, crafting your very own piece to take home as a reminder of this peaceful day. With the perfect balance of movement, mindfulness, and creativity, this experience offers a beautiful way to celebrate spring and reconnect with the natural world.

    Option to stick around for a group walk in the forest, and enjoy stepping out of the bubble and into the land.

  • Yin Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage

    Drop into your postures, using all the props, blankets and bolsters, and enjoy the little added extra care of Thai yoga massage weaved in.
